Shoulders
Having run marathons, I know your shoulders are the first thing to give when running, so it is important to relax them. I just rode in the hilly hundred for the first time this weekend, and noticed my shoulders were tired the second day....not so much I couldn't hold myself up, but annoying to me. Any tips on arm position to help this?

A good bike fit, strong core, and bent elbows will all help reduce shoulder/arm pressure. Good luck.
