Look at the little jump bike in back, now that's a hit!

The vertical dropouts make it a particularly bad idea on a Cannondale.

Hmmm, is this a "find" or a Wacky-World entry? I reckon it's a smokin' deal for an 853 frame/fork with a few components hanging on, but it's far from fresh. This is the only photo. The painted saw is the icing on the WW cake.

Thought about this one for a second because it looks like my size, maybe a size smaller than I usually ride. But I just bought another bike yesterday so I have to show some restraint...

Austro daimler vent noir, full first gen black drillium dura ace, looks fully stock. Good price at $500. If I had less sense I'd have already bought this.

Decent price as well. Definitely not a "touring bike" as advertised. No mounts or eyelets, sidepulls, tubulars.

Vintage Higher End Team Fuji Road Bike with Nice Parts - Medium Size - $225 (Wakefield or Cambridge)

1985 Team Fuji steel road bike for sale. Fuji made zillions of bikes in many different models, but this was one of their top racing bikes. It has a nice quad-butted steel frame that rides very well (and much better than the average run-of-the-mill bike) and looks good too. It also has some good quality parts including Suntour Superbe derailleurs, a Tange Falcon head set, original light Fuji suede saddle, and Cinelli bars and stem. The bike has a 30 1/2" standover height and a 53cm center-to-center top tube and thus will fit someone of medium height, perhaps 5'-5" to 5-8" or so. Sold with a nice set of polished semi-aero aluminum Arraya rims (not shown) and road/platform pedals. Can be seen in Wakefield or possibly in Cambridge in the Cambridgeport/MIT area. $225

Bicycle racing? all aluminum has a Star frame so LIGHT WEIGHT!! - $600 (kempsville, VB)

Bicycle racing? all aluminum has a Star frame so LIGHT WEIGHT!! Tubes have a shrader valve.
LWA frame
forks titanium Teledyne Linair California
Pedals MKS QUILL-2K MADE IN JAPAN
Mon Campione DelMondo on the handle bars
Avocet Racing II saddle seat leather
not sure of the frame size or the tire size will try to get measurements and upgrade listing.
Bike seems to be in great shape "

https://norfolk.craigslist.org/bik/d...954282752.html

(One of the couple of thousand original Teledyne Titans, I suspect. A bit ambitious in pricing, given seller doesn't seem to know what they have? Interesting further reading here, and here. I've emailed seller for the serial number, but in my efforts to avoid N+, I don't want this. No sir, no more gruel.)

Phil Hubs. Hubba Hubba.

1982 Raleigh Competition - $350 (Richmond)

"Very nice 12 speed Raleigh Competition in great condition. Frame brazing is excellent and there is no damage other than some superficial paint scratches. The entire 23-inch frame, including the forks. is Reynolds 531 lightweight steel tube. Wheels are undamaged Wienmann (Belgium made) concave alloy 700c rims spoked to PHIL WOOD stainless-steel sealed-bearing hubs that are also in excellent condition and roll super smooth. The derailleurs are Campangnolo Nuovo Record with Campy down-tube friction-shifters. The brakes are nice Campagnolo side-pull calipers. The Crankset is Campagnolo Nuovo Record 170mm and in very good condition. The bottom bracket is a sealed cartridge type (most likely Campy also, but I am not certain). Pedals are shimano SP clipless in excellent condition. The headset bearings and stem are made by Specialized. All bearings on the bike are smooth and tight. Handlebars are Sakae Custom, with new bar tape. The tires are are older Specialized Armadillos 700x23 with no wear and in rideable condition. The seatpost is LaPrade fluted and the seat is a leather Selle Turbo (I will also provide a second seat, a Specialized, with the bike). Don't miss this rare Raleigh. It's unique features include the Phil Wood hubs and Campy Nuovo Record component group set.

bicycle frame material: steel
bicycle type: road
brake type: caliper
condition: excellent
electric assist: none
frame size: 23 inch large
handlebar type: drop
make / manufacturer: Raleigh
model name / number: Competition
serial number: 2G0468
suspension: none (rigid)
wheel size: 700C "

https://richmond.craigslist.org/bik/...953272523.html

(Serial number makes no sense unless seller has mistaken a "2" for an "S"? I digress. Certainly not an '82.)
