*grumble* a 30 dollar compression plug is in the carbon Fork. I'll move up the Stem and add another spacer ASAP and that will hopefully resolve the issue. When I installed the crown race I was very careful to check it was properly pressed into the fork.
The real issue for me so far is I can't figure out how to get the fork pressed in securely so there is no room for it to move. It just keeps feeling like there's play, and I can only really find the play when I'm riding which is driving me absolutely insane.

Okay! So I adjusted the Stem so its now about 3MM above the end of the Fork. Tightened everything up nice and firm, but not hard. I swapped the 3 smaller spacers off of the leader and put them onto my Jamis, took one of the Jamis' massive spacer and that did the trick. Going to take the Jamis to the Co-op soon and get a new seat post, waiting on some tires to come in too.

Your cog is slipping.
av - you should be using a spacer (at least 5mm) above your stem so that your stem makes full contact with your carbon steerer.

Fresh Garbage
Can't wait to see it, Avner. I'm fit enough to go the group rides again, so maybe I'll come out thursday night

The Micargi (looks like a Scrambler to me) has no votes.
You need to click the tabs on the right to vote and see stats. It's running until the end of this week (I think).

scrod, your bike is the only decent looking one on that whole page. anywho, here's my 2011 leader 725. it's a bad pic, yes, but unless i'm selling something i don't take the time for bike photo shoots. the day before i was going to pick it up my crank puller shredded out leaving my sugino messenger eternally trapped on my dawes so this was the only crankset i had in my parts been. eventually i'll upgrade it probably about the same time i get the money to put a brake on.

OK, now I get it. Voted for you and you're well in the lead with 23 votes to 7 votes for the third bike (Blade's Fixie). The Micargi still has no votes. Also, you've got the best photo.

Scrod has this in the bag; he has 25 votes, including mine; and his bike is the only serious looking one there.
