1994 Marinoni Special - Full 74xx Dura-Ace
Hi folks, I have a 1992 Marinoni Special that has not been getting much use. I recently finished a long tour and am more interested in getting randonneuring bicycle. It's a 63 cm road frame, Columbus SLP tubing (like SLX but made for large frames) and outfitted with full Dura-Ace 7400: hubs, brakes, seatpost, drivetrain, STIs (first gen), and SPDs. Hubs are laced to original Fir clincher rims. It's in excellent condition, but ridden. The paint is something to behold. Anyway with a bike like this I assume the answer to how much its worth is all about the value that someone else sees in it. That being said, if you had to ball-park it, how much should I ask for?
photos Sorry about the dirty drivetrain... embarrassing.

I assume you meant SPX. Great framebuilder, excellent components and very nice condition. $750-$800 in a good market. I know what you mean about the paint, as I had that finish in blue and pictures could not do it justice.

Nice bike, agree on price assessment. May take longer to sell because of size.

Thank you all for the replies, and yes, I meant to type SPX for the tubing. If only I were in Toronto! I'm in Saskatoon, so I assume I'll be shipping it when/if I sell it.
