shimano cs6600 spacers
I have some ultegra wheels that have a cs6660 cassette which has the sider diameter spacer and cog opening. I want to do a single speed conversion but can't seem to find a kit that wheel fit this hub. Where can I get some spacer wide enough to do the conversion? Or where can I order 20 original spacers (so small) to make it happen?

No it doesn't. The freehub has a step in it that makes it a wider diameter. I found this out AFTER I bought it. I had no idea all Shimano's weren't compatible before this. Look at the one on the right with the deeper spline.

that was 10 speed only and they gave up on it pretty quickly. I tried looking to see if you could replace the freehub body, but didn't get any results

Is the spline just deeper, or is the circumference of the freehub also larger? If the circumference is the same then you could always use un-splined spacers.

Must be 10 speed road. All my wheels started life as 10 speed mountain (XT and Hope). All mine look like the picture on the left.
