Yes, lots of open questions regarding the future of the league. After everyone was sorted out after the initial rounds of season one I think there is some sense in simply running the league like the English professional football/soccer leagues, in which every team is free to hire the best riders they can, and a promotion-relegation system takes care of the rest.
