I haven't even looked into that, since I was already Zwifting before I bought it. But it looks like Level 3 means 200 watts to go 15 mph, which seems like a lot. This page suggests it should be more like 100.

5 or 6 years ago I went on a Broccoli diet. Gave up beer and soda. I drank ice tea and water. 4 days a week I would eat Broccoli . Coliflower sometimes. But that was it, nothing else. Worked like a charm. I throw in chicken breast now and then.
So right now I eat lunch @ work. But veggies for dinner. Coffee for breakfast. Ill give this a couple weeks and see what the loss rate is. Hopefully I won't have to get any more serious than that. I'm not looking for miracles, just steady loss. If spring finds me @210 or so that would be just fine.

If it works for you, that's awesome, but I'd fall on my face after a couple weeks, at most. It's just much more sustainable for me if I'm monitoring my daily intake/burn and then micro-indulging with a beer or treat in the evening (if it'll still keep me under my prescribed daily deficit).

I was around 240# in high school and lifted weights 10 hours per week. I lost some weight after graduating and then lost a lot, around 55 pounds in 6 months, due to being broke. @175, all my ribs were visible and my mother was shocked when I went to visit. My father told me how stupid I was, (I already knew). They didn't know why and I didn't tell them.
Eventually got a better job and could buy all the beer and food I wanted and went up close to 260#.
I'm 6'2" with a big frame.
I was tested @13% body fat @ 220#

I started going positive on skin testing about 20 yrs ago and people kept trying to treat me. Then my daughter converted and they gave us both Quantiferon gold tests, the modern gold standard. I, who had been cared for by a Native American nanny, grown up in lower Manhattan, and trained in inner city hospitals was negative, and suburban private school girl was positive. Go know.
0h, and daughter got a rip-roaring allergic reaction to isoniazid and has been resisting treatment since.

How did you get exposed to TB?

I don’t have kids. I’m up so early because I have a cat.
Merry Christmas!
