Ooh, that's nice! I think that's a 30th Anniversary seatpost; not at all common. Does the ride feel any different now that you own it?

It’s been hanging in his house this whole time. Today is the first time it’s been on the road in a long time and the first time I’ve ever been on it. Rides amazing, I want to change the brake levers, saddle and bar tape.
