Charge Plug Prestige on sale at performance for $379 with the $20 off sale today.

http://www.performancebike.com/bikes...551_1108593_-1

I think it's a great deal for a complete bike. Probably better specs than a kilo tt pro. Good looking welds, nice paint, no bosses, and minimalist design, good seat, etc. Thin tube, Tange Prestige straight gauge frame is nice, but a tad weighty if your use to 20 pounds and under...this will hurt your chances of finishing 1st place in the tour de france and at the velodrome. Plugs are known to be durable so that is an advantage if you commute, freestyle, and are kind of rough with your bike, lighter steel dents easy. I do 20ish to 30ish miles on mine regularly and no issues so far, and the bars and brake hoods are comfortable for long rides.

I'm so skeptical of a place called banggood, for some reason...

The amazon knockoff logo doesn't help.

I mean it's definitely Chinese, and the shipping takes about a week and then some, but I've never had a problem with any of the items. But, I'm sure the day will come. Still, compared to $12+ bar tapes on Amazon, I'll stick with Banggood.

Funny you say that. I ordered a lens mount adapter from one of their ebay plugs which arrived today and it was machined with too low of a tolerance/ not enough that none of the corresponding lens for said mount would fit.

Thanks! Just ordered, hopefully they're better than the stock tape on my new Kilo.

I have to admit, I bought some led spoke lights from china off ebay for my commuter. I haven't used them yet but I figure anything to be seen with the way people drive around my area

Hell yeah. I ride through Burbank and Glendale on my way home from work every night, and I feel like I can't get enough lights.

"I pick you up late at night after work. I said, "Lady, step inside my Hyundai.
I'm gonna take you up to Glendale. Yeah, gonna take you for a real good meal."

Is it weird that I hear Glendale and work and the first thing that pops into my head is Beck's Debra?

That's until you realize you have to be riding at a constant 40mph to get the pictured effect...
