Do you REALLY hate the Patriots?

I gotta know....the concensus around Boston is that most of the country despises the Pats. Let's hear it from all around the country....do you really dislike them or are you just rooting for the underdog?

and please give an intelligent reason for your thoughts....

America would still be under British rule without them, so yeah, I guess they are okay.

I'm rather partial to that Paul Revere guy, myself.
Ben Franklin was pretty cool too.
Thomas Jefferson was too bad either, come to think of it.

So, no, I don't hate the patriots.

Are we talking about Mel Gibson and Heath Ledger? I'm confused.

No. I don't really have a rooting preference in this Super Bowl. Generally, I dislike the Giants. No matter who wins this game, it will be historical in the little sphere of history that is the NFL.

So, in truth, no I don't hate the Patriots. It's just more of the Boston fans' "They-don't-like-us-huh?-Well-we'll-show-THEM" horse****. Just like with the Red Sox. Just like with the Celtics.

I always cheer for the AFC, except for when the Raiders are playing and except for this year. I don't want Brady's head to get too big. We don't need another perfect team.

If the Raiders and Cowboys ever play, I will fast-forward through the game and only watch the commercials.

Brady's head will never compare with the size of the miami's ego for the great season 30 something years ago.

I agree with the raiders cowboys play by play. I only hate one team more than miami...

I have no qualms with the Pats. I'd like to see them take it. Overall, I just want to see a good game.

It starts with Bill Belichick for me. You have to admire his coaching ability but he simply isn't likable and often seems arrogant and smug. The spy gate deal sort of reinforced my belief in this. on the other hand, Tony Dungy, Bill Cower, and Jeff Fisher seem like good guys.

Tom Coughlin seems like a tool as well, but I like underdogs. Probably because i usually am one.

As a diehard Colts fan ... yes I hate the Patriots ... while I appreciate their talent and their ability to field a winning team consistently in the salary cap age ... still would be very happy if they just disappeared!

Thats funny, thats how I feel about peyton manning haha...

Funny story (I think)...one of the execs is a die hard colts fan. When they lost I changed his desktop from peyton manning winning last year to the attached. Thank god he had a sense of humour, I still got my bonus haha

Sometimes its fun to be the administrator, I just need to pick and choose where I abuse my power

Haha .. that is funny ... did you do this right after they lost in the playoffs? That is brave if so. I know I was not someone to talk to for a few days after that ... It was really tough living in So Cal with all the Charger fans around here.

No, he was pissed, but it put him in semi good spirits. We have a good working relationship ... He is also a toronto Maple Laughs fan so he is used to being made fun of out here

Nah. In fact this member of the Forty-Niner Faithful sees a lot of St. Joe in young Tom Brady.

My ex-gf loves tom Brady so I hate the Patriots just because of that. And I like to see the underdog win so I'm pulling for the Giants.
