I want a ss fat bike for beach riding

Hey guys I want a ss fat bike for beach riding. Would a framed Minnesota be a good candidate? Can it be converted to single speed? Would it be compatible with a belt drive system?

Need a break in the seat stay for a belt set up. Just go 1x10 and don't shift? For me, SS, beach and Fat don't go well.

BikesDirect has some SS fatties at (don’t care if it rusts in the salt water) low prices. Since you’ll just be cruising up and down the beach, a SS will be fine once you get it geared properly.
