Stem
I have stock stem which is adjustable and length about 10cm, and planning to buy new one - can't really decide wich one.. Maybe one wich rises little and length around 5cm..
So, question is, what stem you guys are usingon your hybrid bike?

I've used adjustable stems before on my bikes - I think an XLC and a Sunlite. Now I only use them to dial in the length and rise I need for a bike. I never had problems on the hybrids or my road bike, but I had minor issues with the adjustable stem loosening or shaking on mountain bikes.
On my hybrid, I've actually gone back to the stock stem; my road bike has the original stem back on, flipped and a couple of spacers above the stem; my mountain bike got a longer stem with less rise than the stock stem.
Short story - use an adjustable stem to find out what rise and length you need on a stem, then replace it with the right sized stem.

Still using the ITM CNC adjustable stem that stem with my ITM trekking bars, If I were to replace it, this is what Id get
https://www.sjscycles.co.uk/stems/11...m-clamp-black/
but there are lots of companies making stems https://www.sjscycles.co.uk/stems-1-18-ahead-standard/
rise is a degree number , and you say you want it shorter, too 50mm, 5cm.. is pretty short..
I have one that length on my bike friday ..

How do those stems work for threadless setups where there is no separate top cap? Is there a hidden landing inside on which the adjustment bolt head bears down, and you adjust headset tension with that and then cinch down with the clamp bolts to make it permanent?
