I really like the look of the Bianchi Metropoli Alivio. Wouldn't make sense for me to have Fenders and Disc brakes in Southern California but I love the way this looks.

Without a doubt the best I've seen.
Mine isn't a nice looking, but I like mine a lot, too. I'll eventually upgrade the crappy wheels in my bike.

If I were buying a new hybrid without a budget I would get a BMC Alpenchallenge AC01.

^^ Thanks mate your bike looks great too.

I have to agree with you about the BMC's, of all the bikes on this thread I would have the BMC MassStreamer.

2012 Jamis Coda Sport I've seen the 2013 model but couldn't find a downloadable picture.

I'm also a little bias.

Giant Rapid Composite. Just got the aerospokes on today. 2 more upgrades, the Giant Carbon SLR flatbar and SLR Carbon Stem. Maybe some white grips.

I think I like the Felt. It must be the colors and the skinny tubes that do it for me but I've got a pinny laying around gathering dust, I might have to make it a flat bar now and want to put dropbars on my hybrid Have I lost my mind

Bloody hell, I don't know . I tried to zoom in but my pic's got me buggered. I should have taken a closer shot...sorry about that. The guy looked more like a MTBer so I wonder if they are a type of MTB pedal. Guesses anyone?

Talking

I'm so new to this whole bike thing so haven't seen many hybrids. How about the one I just ordered?

Raleigh i2x8 (2013)

Don't know how to make the image larger.

The Metropolis crank is too cool looking, but I will try to live up to it

Welcome, nice looking bike. Very interesting drivetrain setup, haven't had the chance to read up on it yet but will do.

Raleigh web page says it has a 42t crank and 20t gear on the IGH, but it sure doesn't look like 42x20 in the pic!

That is hot! It looks like the Roubaix frame, how much did you get it for?

Hmm, hadn't been to the website lately. The crank used to be FSA Metropolis, so I need to give Raleigh a call. Hope there is no last minute change! Yikes, good catch.
