Buy expensive cable housing!
I have quite a few bike shops in my area, and I like most of them, but there's one that I always go to when I need some cables, housing, chains or other consumables. Not nearly as cheap as on-line, but they are nice guys and they have to make a living too. We always have a chat, and they know me as "that guy who's into the old stuff", and that pays off.
They ask me how L'Eroica was, and once or twice a year, when they trade in some old steel bike, they give me a heads-up.
Since they cater to the local racing crowd, the stuff they trade in is usually above-average.
Yesterday, as I walked in, I got "The Look" from one of the owners and as one of the mechanics got me the black brake cable housing I needed, he disappeared into the shed and reappeared with this:
A 59cm Gazelle Champion Mondial "A-frame".
With a strange mix of components, but otherwise in decent shape.
I started explaining that I didn't want to buy anymore bikes that were not my size, when he interrupted me with what he wanted for it. I shut up and got my wallet out. That nicely-worn Brooks Pro is going on one of my own bikes, as are the shifters:
I'm sure I'll find some use for the rest.
The lesson here being: don't get too friendly with you LBS, or you'll end up with a lot of nice bikes!

Nice!
Not my size either (a tad too small), and I have enough bikes at the moment.
You could sell it on easy enough.
