Batteries and tcd display

I HAVE 2 BATTERIES for my Specialised Levo Electric Bike and one Specialised TCD DISPLAY. My problem is I can add my bike to the Mission Control ap all OK ..... but seem to be able to only use one of the batteries only. When I change to my backup battery .... nothing comes up on the TCD DISPLAY. Back up battery still works all good but I have no readings on the TCD DISPLAY. Has anyone else had this problem and know what to do ... thank you, Robyn D

No need to use bold text or shout we can all read you OK without it. One thing I would make sure to do is make sure your firmware is updated on everything together. With a lot of the e-bike stuff or electronic shifting, if one is using a newer or older firmware it won't be recognized by the system properly till it is all updated.

I am assuming you meant Levo SL here. I am not 100% sure that the Range Extender battery does in fact show on the TCD. It will generally show up on the TCU on your top-tube but I am not 100% about it showing up on the TCD display but that is not to say it doesn't happen and I would still get everything updated firmware wise just in case and also ask your dealer they can help out or at least reach out to the folks at Spesh and find out. I know we had a Range Extender issue a while back but I cannot for the life of me remember all they said but will search though my emails and see if I can find anything relevant.
