Fork blade bending

In general with common tubing like Cromor, SL, Spirit, how much spring back should I expect? I'm building a bender and the radius I admire on a fork is 12 inches. How much less radius should I build into my mandrel? (One day, I will have a tool to share.)

Without doing the measuring again I think 10-20% is common spring back. I had figured this out a long time ago, more or less. But as the radius is also a result of intended rake, more rake likes smaller radius of mandrel, the equation is somewhat shades of grey. In my experience 1 12" radius will limit the amount of ultimate rake more then I like. My three mandrels are 10", 9" and 6" radius. The 10" has a hard time getting to 50mm+ of rake on a 700C blade.
