Watched it as a kid, never dreamed one day that would be me.
I have a replacement shoulder now. Its the new kind, not Plastic.
After that I got scared and stopped running even though my knees were fine, and became an avid bicycle rider.
I thought I had Cataracts but I'm told they were minor, it was really Dry Eye. No new corneas yet.
A couple of Dental Implants also.
My Hair is going a bit, but I'm not replacing that
Bicycling 20 miles a Day, haven't missed a day since March 2020.

I've always known i have the long life genes, from both sides, so i try to take care of my parts. If they can ever do a spinal column replacement, sign me up. I got a used model.

New alloy shoulder installed in 2016 at age 66 and was back on the bike 3 days after install even though doc said 2 days was OK. Both knees need install but just not willing to give up the biking, did a 105 mile ride on Sunday, so will wait a bit longer. Was never able to jog or run my 5K's to marathons, even in my IRONMAN races, and since Dr. doesn't want me to even walk marathons if the knees are replaced is a secondary reason for no replacement. My hand Dr. suggested a fusion or replacement of left wrist almost 10 years ago but I just put up with the pain and resulting deformation. Teeth are breaking up with one already removed and will never have caps or replacement. Wife shaved my head in April 2011 after a bike crash resulted in a minor broken neck and I just keep it buzzed. Had "THE BOYS" removed due to PCa (Prostate Cancer) Gleason 10 diagnosis in April 2015. Working on keeping eye pressure down and glaucoma away. Wake up in pain, live through the day, go to bed, rinse and repeat until the final curtain drops. 2nd injection next Monday so a little more peace of mind going fore ward.

You're doing Fine! Remember, it's the Mind that determines how Old (Young ) you are, not the Body. I have an 82 year old friend who has had Eye Surgery, Heart Surgery, and lost his wife, but has the mind and face of young man. He still goes Bow and Arrow hunting.

Not too many, not counting dental work; partial right big toe joint and two screws in right foot at 42, right hip at 45. At 60 everything else is still holding up with exception of my lower back: two herniated discs and stenosis. Will eventually need fusion but holding off as long as possible. Losing 40 pounds and cycling seems to have helped with the back problem.

67 and all OEM. Which is a bit surprising, given the years spent dirt biking, skiing, running, etc.

I've had my share of injuries but no replacement parts yet. In college I broke my ankle running a QB sneak. Also, in college I broke my nose returning a kick off. On the bike I broke my neck in 2013. Had C1 & C2 fused and that might have required a piece of bone fused in to stabilize my neck. But, so far, no replacement knee, shoulder, etc. The only thing I do have is some lost ROM in my neck. I am in really good shape for age 75 which I don't deserve.

I have had a mechanical aortic valve since the age of 25. Over 30 years.

I've Relaced my aortic heart valve and used a "boot" on the aortic root. It's a tissue valve and consumable so I'll get another one when they go on sale😉

I've had a portion on the bone in my right hip carved out and placed in the L5/S1 disk, since I didn't have one anymore. Add a couple of titanium rods and some screws, and I've been good for the past 15 years. I was 39 and in great shape, so I recovered fairly well and was back to racing my road bike in 6 months. Couldn't race the mountain bike though.

I was just telling a friend that I have had 11 broken bones in my life, and that is counting 4 broken ribs as a single break.

LOTS of broken bones. But no hardware.

All my original parts are still working fine... in part thanks to almost 6 decades of regular snow shoveling!

Just did a whole lotta shoveling this morning. Waiting for some of that magic but all’s I’m feeling is creaky and sore lol.

I just got a boot in the groin. Yup, a tire boot. (Well, the doc calls it a mesh.) So far the only metal installed had been paint repairs for that extra hard enamel on my teeth. (Really poor color matches. Silver on white? Oh well.) I'm holding off on the 3rd party knees as long as I can. 42 years so far. (Chrondromalacia patellae.) That doc gave me detailed instructions on what I had to and could not do if I want to keep the OEMs, I listened. Still got 'em.

Broken bones - two greensticks (when I was still green), 5 breaks (4 collarbone plus thumb) plus a chipped vertebra, cracked sternum and I don't know how many ribs broken or cracked. (The ribs in 3 crashes, if they told me how many, I was too drug fogged to remember and at least once I didn't mention the ribs passed on X-rays.) One of the greensticks and the sternum didn't happen on the bike.

Still OEM at 69, dental fillings aside. Had an ivc filter, and a drain put through my skull, for a while in 2018, but both were temporary, fortunately. Have the two 'bowling ball' holes in my head thanks to the '18 neurosurgery, but those count as missing, not replaced, bits o' bone.

Thinking you missed my humor being suggested with the use of . Never questioned that you are lacking your "share of a tough life" rather your statement " ... You're doing Fine! Remember, it's the Mind that determines how Old (Young ) you are, not the Body... " is not universally applicable. Without the use of DRUGS to eliminate the pain and discomfort while awake, I simply can not think myself by using my mind to be younger than I am.

I had cataracts removed and lens implants last year. All of my hair fell out 10 years ago (I have alopecia). Two cardioversions and a catheter ablation two years ago. Other than that. I'm still moving along at age 70.

+1. My only "bionic" hardware is in my lower back from a spinal fusion. All other parts are (currently) OEM.
