Hi,

I got a Trek DS 3 (2021) bike that i just bought.
The tires i got with the bike are 700x45cbut i want a little wider tires 700x50c, do i have to buy another set of inner tubes or can i use the ones that i have allready ?

Optimal would be a tube that is size matched to the tire. But, I'm intentionally running tubes that are one size down in one of my bikes with no issues. Tubes stretch quite a bit.

Check the stamping on the tube. It should indicate what size tire(s) its recommended for.

Most of my tubes have a range of tires, 30 - 37mm as a for instance, of what size tires they will fit. I would hope that your tubes will have it marked on them but unfortunately, you would have to break down the tire to see the tube. Maybe your local Trek bike store can tell you the information but I think you would have to do the work yourself and see what tube you have on your bike. Not what you were looking for as the answer but this is the situation you are faced with.
Be safe, Frank.

If you are still experimenting with tire sizes, look for quality tube manufacturers that use wide size ranges, such as Schwalbe.
