After a ride in the woods Sunday on a 2012 300XCW I'm dead set on going two stroke. I hear direct injection is just over the horizon though, so I'll likely hold out for a KTM/Husaberg version of that.

I didn't crash and got good starts with one hole shot. Classes were small. I faded.
I smoked 450's off line...lol. Long live the 2 STROKE!!!
That bike is so powerful....it was hard to hold on. No arm pump....just couldn't hang on. Not in "mx shape"
I put an hour meter on bike from day one...after race I had about 3.5 hours on bike. In other words, I have not rode in 15+ yrs and had no time to dial in new suspension, etc. So I am happy with how I did.
I did better as the day went on which tells me, flat out, I am just not used to riding!
I am doing Loretta Lynn's in 2014!!! Going to get either cargo van or sprinter type van.

Amazing, after so many years, it's like I was doing this just yesterday!
thanks on helmet. I used to have Shoei VFX but wanted to try Arai. Shoei vfx are looking a little funky to me these days...
