Looks like the battery is integrated. So if you want to charge it, you have to bring your bike inside. I guess it's only for garage or house owners. Not flat/apartment dwellers.

Pretty bike. Not much info about it on line. Belt drive but can't tell if there is any gearing at all. seems like an important bit of info.

This article mentions an IGH and removable battery. Mentions a possible CVT. But other pictures show a single speed hub.

This is not their first foray. They bought a company that makes toddler sized E balance bikes a couple of years ago. Ewan McGregor and Charlie Boorman in their latest big bike ride documentary rode electric Harleys up through South America, but I haven’t watched it yet.

Funny thing, every nut job I've seen either on small dirt bikes, crotch rockets or Harleys all want the same thing, To be a loud as possible at all times. If they could just run a small pipe for an exhaust, they would and many do, even given the new inspection rules that did nothing added this year in mine state. With that in mind, I don't believe dead quite Harley will make a big dent is sales here,. Well, maybe if it has a monster sound system that mimics the same engine output sound they now have.

It doesn't have to be an exercise in putting existing components in a heavily styled frame and UI. Harley has a real engineering department

Battery is supposed to be removable.

But hard to say. From what I have read they have been circulating prototype models. Who knows what the final product will be.
