Not really, but for me real food works best on long rides and it has to be something that goes down easy. Don't want anything that requires a water bottle for every bite.

The best thing I ever ate during a century ride SAG stop was when I saw oatmeal raisin cookies, a jar of Jiff peanut butter and a jar of strawberry preserves on the table. I skipped the bread and made myself a PB & Strawberry preserves sandwich on two oatmeal raisin cookies. Two other guys saw me do that and enjoyed it too!
