That's the full story. I have a Phil Wood BB that was sold to me as having English threaded cups, that came to me with Italian threaded cups. Now, in all fairness, when I pm'ed the seller, I didn't request that they do something about the situation. Granted, after I buy the correct set of cups I will still have spent significantly less than the cost of a new unit from Phil, but I will not do business with whatwolf again. If they have a different version of "the story", by all means post it.
