2011 Lynskey Cooper
Heres my 2011 Lynskey "Go Fast" Cooper! Waited 2 1/2 months for the frame, but well worth the wait. I ordered the Industrial mill finish, but decided to hand finish it with a 3m scotch brite maroon pad. Medium frame weighed in at 3.04 lbs, not bad for their straight guaged tubed frame. Bike total weight w/ pedals is 16.49 lbs. Not bad considering I dont have the lightest parts. Havent had the chance to test ride it yet, but sure looks awesome sitting in my garage! I may have to remove some spacers underneath the stem, feels a bit too upright.

Made some minor changes, painted red parts on Toupe Saddle and switched stem to black.
Go...Fast!

Good observation, I originally purchased a Sram wheelset for this Ti build, but it matches the paint scheme on my Tarmac, so that where it went.
Its been raining here or its 30 something degrees and windy. Its looking good this afternoon, so shes going out on her maiden voyage!

Did my first ride today. 20 mph winds was fun going one way but a pain coming back home! Had to do minor tweaking to the rear derailleur and raised seat up 2 cm. Sram Force drivetrain is buttery smooth and very quiet, Forte + Pro tires are stiff as hell, wont buy these again. The bike feels really good, frame is stiff without the harshness. I did a few sprints and mashed hard on the cranks to see if I could get the frame to flex, did not happen. I still feel road vibrations but not as numbing as any of my carbon bikes. Overall the bike is just gorgeous and a blast to ride!

More photos of my "Go...Fast"! Did a much longer ride and mainly through the mountains. Bike handles like a dream. Bike climbs just as well as my Specialized Tarmac, stiff where it counts! Bombing down hill through the twisties at over 40mph was very well controlled, very precise and very predictable, a major plus in the Fun department! Every carbon and aluminum bike Ive owned gave me numb hands from the high frequency vibrations from the road, did not notice any numbness with the Ti frame! Need to do a century after I inspect all bolts for proper torque! This bike rocks!

Did you have to remove the red bits on the saddle to paint (is it even possible) or just paint them in place?
Where did you get the 3M maroon pad at? I'm about to retrofit my 2001 Litespeed Classic and I need to buff it up after 10 yrs of service.
Yeah, Litespeed is down to like only two Ti frames.

I removed the red bits from the saddle, scuffed them up with fine sand paper and painted them black. The front piece required splitting the tab underneath the seat to slide it out of place, the rest were just unscrewed. The 3M pads can be had at your local automotive parts store in the body shop department. Bought mine at O'Rileys.
