Pure art... both green and yellow are far from me when it comes to bikes. A pista is definitely something I do not really need. But I would like to have this badly

That Cinelli is really painful. Funny that others got the same idea around the same time to finally launch such a thread....the topic was in the air for a while and posssibly the only positive side effect of the pandemic was the low market for great buys in many fields. Ill check it out in more details later and post some of my bigger misses.

if I would live in California....... (I would most likely remind myself that A.its tiny, B., I cannot afford this)
in case someone's closer to it both geographically and financially, it's USD 750 on ebay
malcala622 are you behind this? Just asking because of those eye-popping handlebars....

Here is the full bike from the post I did recently. Just stumbled on it so nice serendipity. Love the green apple color with the red. This is a make of bicycle that is hardly ever seen I believe. Anyone that can track a history or prove otherwise...I would be impressed. Nice handlebar setup and disc wheels, although I hate extra stickers. And there is that fantastic crankset with the fantastic chain ring that I still don't have. And to make things worse ...counterfeits of this Stronglight have been showing up on Ebay. Shame for real on them.
The guy also posted a modern unlabelled Alan, which was later also labelled as Migliorelli.
I would say, whatever Migliorelli means, the bike is nice, but I think,it reminds me to the Fanciulli labelled Olmo siblings:
Hereby I, Lattz confirm, tha I partially falsely guessed that the Migliorelli is a badge engineered Fanciulli Olmo.
It is a badge engineered Olmo San Remo. I apologize for any inconveniences caused by the misleading statement.[sarcasm: OFF]
So it's a San Remo, here's the proof, and a few pics of another Olmo SR Crono
It is nice as well. The marble-splash "funky" paint is not in the middle of my heart (despite having one bike with it), but I would not kick it out from the cellar (but might attempt a handlebar throwing world record)

Was this nice Coppi ever posted here? Its on ebay from Cicli Berlinetta.
Much to my dislike of golden/gold color things this one definitely has the "exceptional" tag. +1 for the FIRs - among many-many other things. Please if someone sees a cheap 650c Aria like the front, please let me know. (I know cheap sound ridiculous, but I've paid EUR30 for the rear)

Would be awesome to have a bike like this one day then both TT and road are ticked (out at least for Somec) but 51cm is really far from 58....plis collecting the aforementioned parts are a highway to bankruptcy.

Someon in California just sold the passing crank, brake levers and the bent shifter for this frame all nicely panto'd. Was eyeing with em even though they were too new for mine but th 3 parts ended up in a close to 500USD total plus shipping (plus duty for me) which is a no go. Mine hardly costed anything so Ill never find cheap enough parts for it.

If I'm looking at the same sold parts the seller is a BF member who is selling the 3Rensho.

The seller is asking a whopping $1k for this single-speed converted bike though.

Well your wish is granted- somebody is selling this pristine Somec 58cm here in the Bay Area:

Back to the bike posted by you it came in the perfect moment for the occasional "post the road version as well" mini-tradition here. This Elite SX is what I've missed out a few months ago for EUR 300. Such finds cast a different light at "usd 1000 for a bare frame (i know i know its with wheels and so) is good or not".

Keep the blood pressure pills at hand before opening the link
Its also a good example if 1000$ is a lot for the frame or not.

@Lattz Id be sleeping in my car for a week if my wife found out I spent that amount 3 money for 1 wheel. But then again I'd does have heated seats and an amazing sound system.
Still too much for an awesome disc wheel.

I would be more worried about what would happen when I went back into the house...it might be rolling pin time along with loss of privileges...if you know what I mean.
Best, Ben

Yes I guess "comrade wifey" institute is a big handbrake help in many cases to keep the things on a reasonable level. The wheel is nice, but its terrorist expensive just because it is celeste.

You have quite a nice bike over there, I like the color and the matching tape, and also the components are good. Even the century/graphite finished Deltas are balanced nicely with the levers and the black seat, so while I'm being an either/or person when it comes to the chrome/black question of the gruppo (which doesn't matter as I'm more of an "armchair-expert", not a pro rider), I like your setup as is. Do you happen to know which year is it from?
