Bent suspension fork. How to repair?

Where can i find spare parts to replace that bent part? i dont know the name of it.

I searched around the web for a completely new fork but they seem to be expensive as F.

That part is the headtube, don't even think about replacing it. Fork is toast, chunk in recycle bin.
Rationale: if it ever broke you get an immediate potentially catastrophic face/headplant into terrain.

The headtube is part of the frame.
That is the steertube.

What is the brand/model/size?

On E-Bay there are several ads for replacement crown/steerer/uppers. Usually sold together.

For example:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Rock-Sh...k/152432349553

You'd still have to do a complete rebuild of the fork. If it is a cheap spring loaded fork, then just replace.

If it is an expensive, $500+ fork, then rebuild.

Pay attention to 1 1/8" steerer vs tapered steerer.

Yeah. So, how exactly did the fork get bent like that? Have you checked the main frame for alignment? Do you know how to check a frame for alignment?

This may be reparable, but would cost more to repair properly than to replace. And you'd not know if your steerer tube was about to snap off at any time.

Check, or have an LBS check the main frame for allignment. If the main frame is ok, and the bike is worth it, find a replacement on ebay.

This^^^ pretty much summarizes my thoughts.

You need new uppers, which will include the steer tube, crown, and stanchions. Whether or not it is worth it depends on the fork.

That fork, isn't worth the effort, not sure exactly what it is, but as a general rule, steel stanchions (which it has) = basic low end fork, which are often not even worth doing a basic service on, as it cost more than just replacing.

Still, as others interested in what state the frame was in to have that much damage, as that's pretty major.

Rock Shox has made a few good mid-range (Tora, Recon) and even mid-high end (Argyle) forks with steel stanchions. All well worth servicing, and depending on the specific models, worth at least looking into the price of replacing the uppers.

I will wait until I actually know what the fork is before advising what it is worth, but that’s just me.

Did some quick research, and OP has MTB-style BSO that he added electric kit to.
Had typical BSO suspension forks, which were seized.
Probably found the above fork, and wants to install on his bike, thinking he can repair it on the cheap.

You know, you would save everyone a lot of time and also get much better advice if you would say what kind of fork this is.

Replace it .. boom, !! .. Done..

yes there is a range of suspension forks, if you want all the features, its going to cost real money

a suspension corrected fork, is a rigid replacement that will not drop the head tube angle ..

then you can put a big newsboy basket in the front, and go shopping..

..
