Every time I see this bike it makes me think "This is something @TejanoTrackie would ride"

I enjoy this thread and specially like the pics taken in NYC. This week I had the chance to visit Manhattan and saw some interesting bikes. Truly the Mecca for photographing bikes.
Saw lots of bikes like this. the rusty chain and the missing pedals raise some questions
A Kilo TT in the wild. Humongous frames.
Bum bars for the win.
Cool "Dutch Bike" No secret i love double top tubes.

What's up with the seatpost on that red Pinarello? Its like someone gnawed on it!
And I'll bet someone could just lift that sign pole out of the pipe and walk away with the Bianchi.

Yesterday was my first alleycat. I placed 4th of 30ish, got luckyand received the 2nd manifest at my 2nd checkpoint. I followed (isaac) the look and cinelli for most of the race. Cinelli fell behind and look waited for him. I pushed on with another dude on a beater bike for 2 more stops. The last checkpoint was hand over your manifest, ride up the hill and race back down, grab the manifest while riding by. Buddy wasn't behind me for whatever reason, so I jetted back to the finish line alone.
Sorry about the non driveside pics, the bikes were already shown off to me before I decided to pull out my phone.
Thanks to Isaac for the strava map.

Thanks to Chris for the video, this guy was fast. I couldn't keep up with him, but he dropped his phone and had to backtrack for it. I spot myself a few times, orange touque and red bag. It's all computer generated though

Good eye -- get it?!
That sucks
The bike appears to belong to a messenger -- these guys are usually in and out of buildings pretty fast. Chances are good that wheel's not going anywhere during those five minutes.

How would you lock up a disc? Some might have enough space to get a thin cable through the valve hole, but that is not very practical. Seems like you would have to take it with you?

What kind of stem is that on the Pista?
Isn't that an old Campy front caliper? Cranks aren't stock either.
It looks like the frame and the headset are the only original parts.
