how to install sram red gxp into bb90 BB
its a simple question , i feel like maybe ive been doing it wrong , and i cant find one single video that focuses on the cranks , most of the videos show the external threaded cups , but not the internal press fit version , im having trouble with my cranks lately 
some people say use a wavy washer or a spacer , i know i need the shim kit on the non drive side , but ive never needed a wavy washer just a 1 ish mm spacer on the drive side , but my kogel shims broke so now im wondering how to install with a token shim washer that only goes on the inside **********?
