Does anybody know this connection type it's on the 48 V battery

I've seen this before! i think it was on a mike that plugs into a CB radio from the 70's. just a guess. pretty sure Radio Shack (the source) might have something

The problem is most mike plugs that look like this have four equal size prongs. Two small and two large doesn't come up in searches.

"mic plugs" or DIN plugs look like this. This must be a high power version. but it could well be proprietary. Not seeing anything like this on a search for "high power din plug" so I'm stumped

Try www.mouser.com. They had the Rosenberger connector for my Specialized Turbo (a link to the specific connector was posted on another site). You might need to look for a P/N on the mating connector on the bike side to find it.
