What size Salsa Casseroll?

Hi everyone.

Is anyone familiar with how to size the Salsa Casseroll? It looks like the type of bike I'm looking for and there seems to be some used ones listed locally on Craigslist. I have no idea what size to look for and I'm hoping to get an idea before making some inquiries.

I'm not sure what information is needed but: I'm 6'1", inseam is about 35(.25?) inches. I seem to require a shorter reach than many. On most bikes I sit on the seat needs to be raised and, as often as not, a shorter stem would help. My old Schwinn LeTour is about 28 inches from butt to handlebars if that helps.

On a semi-related note; Are there other bikes similar to the Casseroll which might be worth looking at?

I really appreciate any advice. Thanks.
