found a good app (android)
obviously what feels best is different for everyone but I thought this was pretty cool.
the app is ForceEffect by AutoDesk (free).
get someone to take a pic of you on your bike and then using it as a background, trace in the lines and clicking on the vertices gives you the angles.
this app is meant to calculate forces (statics) but I thought this was useful enough to share anyway for things like maximizing your pedaling angles back elbows etc.
the length of the lines can be defined I just didn't bother since I was only interested in the angles.
