2011 giant tcx advanced rear brake

anyone know how to install a rear brake with an adjuster to this bike , it seems to run a weird stopper into a cable through the frame out the back , with no place for an adjuster , and i cant seem to get the stopper out to change the internal cable , does it just stay their forever , my frame was carbon repaired and the stopper slides out but wont come off , IDUNNO about this one

Capitalization, avoidance of run-on sentences and some well-lighted and clearly focused photos might help us to understand your issue. Also, kind of brakes (caliper, cantilever, V-brakes) and model numbers would also be helpful.
