Yes, I have to go with subgrade on this one. The elephant is not performing, the ballet dancer is. Subgrade sets the new mission.
Next mission: a depiction of any sort of a non-Christian deity or object of worship (persons or other but not a house of worship like a temple).

Not real clear on what you're looking for. The following is at a Vietnamese Buddhist temple. I know very little about Buddhism and there was no one there when I went by to talk to. The inscription "Tam Bao" is on the base of the sculpture and I found a reference in the web page of the Tulsa Tam Bao temple that says: ' "Tam Bao" is Vietnamese for "Three Jewels", and refers to the three jewels of Buddhism: the Buddha, the Dharma, and the Sangha.'
Very peaceful garden.

A pond is 103 acres? That’s a large lake here in Colorado. A “pond” should be something that you can skip a rock across with a good throw and about 4 skips. Silver Dollar Lake is a “lake” here even though it’s only 0.2 of a mile in both directions (5 acres). It’s actually rather large comparatively.

AFAIK the difference between a lake and a pond is that a lake has formed naturally whereas a pond is man-made, that includes also ponds that are formed by partially blocking the flow of a river, like a mill pond. Nothing to do with size, although I guess tiny lakes will still usually be called ponds.
Spy Pond is neither tiny nor man-made. There's really no rule governing the difference between "lake" and "pond", just a general tendency to name the larger bodies "lake".
Also, there are scads of man-made "lakes" and even one "sea" (Salton, albeit created inadvertently). I don't think there's really any connection between the naming conventions and whether the body of water is artificial.

And size is relative. I moved from Colorado to Alaska. The creeks around Anchorage made the South Platte look like it had an enlarged prostate.

Lake Havasu and Lake Mead would like to have a word with you.
I probably should have specified that I meant the conventional use of "pond" and "lake". There are definite names for man-made bodies of water, the examples I just gave are reservoirs that are called "lake".
I will agree with @subgrade that I almost never hear the phrase "mill lake", but there are places called that, too, and they are generally reservoirs.

All the aside stuff about terms, I figured probably a good idea to repost Mr. Bill's mission:
Next mission: Overground Infrastructure of Underground Public Transportation Infrastructure. (Examples include but are not limited to Subway Entrances (particularly attractive ones), Busway Entrances (my fave), Ventilation Chimneys hiding in plain sight....)

All our transportation system is above or on the ground. But we do have some interesting stuff underground. One is the Mokelumne Aqueduct that brings water 90 miles from the Sierra to the SF East Bay. There are evidences of it all over the place. I’m not claiming the prize but I did have fun tracking down some.
Here’s the system map:
the aqueduct has a bike trail along some sections. These are service access things:
there are also pumping plants along the way, like this my local one
Anyway, it was fun. Back to your current goal already in progress!

Geez, surrounded by lawyers. Well, OK. How about this mission:
Bicycle picture in front of a cruise ship. Preferably full size ocean going but if that’s not possible some kind of excursion boat as seen on your local river, lake, bay, sound, etc. minimum capacity 50 passengers. No state run ferries allowed.

Actually, this lawyer was pretty amused and impressed by your creative interpretation of mr_bill 's mission.
Unfortunately, there isn't an excursion boat within 50 miles of me.
