Being I am in Canada and own the big brother bike to the sight, I am biased and would say Norco. I also tend to prefer the horst link for pedal efficiency. I will say, all things created equal in life, I would bet money the Norco is heavier. Its built for toughness more than light and fluffy. So that may be a consideration

Isn't the Norco sight quite a bit less travel? 180mm is coming up on DH travel and the sight is around 140 or 150 putting it in the longer travel trail or endure.

Yeh the Norconhas 140mm of travel and the Saracen has 180mm. Not sure if 180mm is to much?

I guess it depends on what kind of riding you are doing. 180mm is a lot. .. .For my size and the way I ride 150 to 170 seems like my sweet spot. Any less and I blow through travel, any more and "trail" ride is effected.
