velocity deepV vs. Weimann DP18

Im in the market for a set of all black wheels. Im looking for all black velocity/formula/IRO hubs, black DT spokes and Black Deep Vs. (look here: https://cgi.ebay.com/Velocity-Deep-V-...d=p3286.c0.m14) Im having a hard time finding them in this configuration. I see them with gold hubs. That, I cant do.

but I notice, that the weimann DP18s are waaay cheaper than the DeepVs. (see this https://www.bicyclewheels.com/merchan...ry_Code=FCW)Is that cause they are indeed a lower quality item, or something else?
also, where do you suggest I find this wheelset?
thanks in advance.

this has been discussed countless times, use the search function.

deep v's cost more because a) they are the original, b) they come in more pretty colors, c) they really are a little higher quality.
