I have had this bag for several months. The strap that is supposed go around the seat post does not reach on my aero seat post.
I had mickey moused that strap to go under the seat. The bag hung funny when I did that and worked for a while. Eventually because it was
not well 2 of the 3 straps came undone and the bag was flopping all over the place.

I would like to just purchase a good secure saddle bag that was meant to attach to an aero seat post or a saddle bag that does not require it.

A little strip of back-to-back velcro would also work. Or any other method you might choose to lengthen the seat strap.

I fear, though ... that the bag is not sufficiently aero.

It's not aero but the ortlieb saddle bag two uses a bracket that mounts to the rails. You don't have to use the strap on the seatpost at all, I don't.

I really like this Bontrager bag and have them on a couple of my bikes. It has a quick release clip and works really well.

I’ve been using the Arundel Medio and has more than enough room for the usual necessities. I’ve got an inflator, Co2 x 2, tube, mini-tool, tire lever/chain link tool all in that bag with room to spare. As you can see, it doesn’t make any contact with the seatpost.

Cut off the strap that goes around the seatpost, and then tightly cinch up the strap that goes on the saddle rails.

The aeroclam sounds the best however I would never want such an odd proprietary seatposst unless I was sponsored by a team and could turn my back into a table while riding. I would get a bike with a proper seatpost so you can use any bag and don't have to attach clams.

I think the best bet would be to use a hacksaw to cut a groove in the seat post so the front strap will fit properly. Save money on a new bag that way.

I think the one in those pictures is a large. Here is a photo of both sizes, side by side.
I like the large better, but if you just a carry a spare tube and 1 cartridge, and you’re concerned with weight or aero, the small will work.

+1 for Arundel, but I'm going a bit more minimalist with the Pico. I have the same stuff in mine as Primov, but just 1 of the CO2s and I don't carry a chain tool. Also have a pair of nitrile gloves shoved in there.

The Silca Premio roll, with Boa fastening/tightening, has worked really well for me. It's not fool-proof, though; it hasn't happened to me, but if you wrap it poorly or don't secure it properly, it can flop open on you.

My current bag sags a lot and sways back in forth when I ride. I probably have too much junk. I ordered a bag last night but I don't think it will hold all this stuff.

I have this same exact bag on my gravel bike topstone and it is great ( round seat post ). So I don't want to knock the bag if anyone else is looking for cheap good bag and has a round seat post.

Ah, thank you, that's helpful. I recently got a bike that runs 47c rubber, and when I ordered to some tubes, I was surprised by how big they are compared to the usual 23, 25, or even 30c tubes I'm familiar with, so it has made finding a seat bag to carry the flat kit a real challenge. I need to break out a tape measure and see just how big these 47s are, but they don't even fit in a seat bag that I use to carry a 25c tube + mini tool + levers + gas + inflator!

Finally found a copy of my road bike. I tend to ride my gravel bike more. This what it looks. Since it does not anchor low on the seat post I use the straps on the rails under the seat. It pushes the bag way back. Then it says after a while from riding and as I found out eventually comes lose and twists about 90 degrees dangles etc..

I would try to lighten the load in that bag. I have a pump similar to that and it stays on my bike, not in the bag. I have a Lezyne bracket bolted to one bike behind the water bottle cage and the other bike has a TwoFish Bike Block pump holder on it. I'd also try to find a way to avoid carrying that Koolstop bead tool if you can. I know some tires are tight, but damn!
