Not if you store it indoors. If you ride in snow, you’ll need to dry and clean the chain and gearing more frequently. Other than that pretty much nothing. I ride my 2 mt bikes all winter predominantly, almost never in snow, so don’t need to do anything special.

when I ride my old MTB in the snow a bit. Seems like I mostly need to lube the chain more.
for more sloppy muddy occasions, not intentionally, but a wrong turn or weather goes bad, I figure that's the whole point of going without a derailleur. And riding fixed is loads easier on rims when all the grit is flying.

Nothing special nothing should ever really change throughout the year. You should always keep your bike clean and properly lubricated and greased and your tires should be properly inflated and replace any worn parts with good quality parts. The only thing I might change is maybe different tires if needed (depending on weather conditions but probably not for me).
If you aren't taking care of your bike, take care of your bike and always take care of your bike whatever season it is shouldn't change much. Though winter time or heavy rain times could require a bit more maintenance just because of nastier conditions but you would still be doing the same stuff just more often.
