getting a new cassette with a freehub, differences??
Hi everybody, took my Trek FX-1 in this morning to have the problematic freewheel setup replaced with a new freehub, new wheel and new rear cassette. The old cassette was a 14-32 and the new one is a 12-28. What will I be experiencing in terms of differences between them?
Thanks
Thanks

It shouldn't be a problem. You still have a very low 28 - 28 low gear which is a 1:1 ratio. Unless you are going up some seriously steep climbs that should be plenty low. And you will have a higher top gear as well.

Basically a bit more top end and less low end. The rest will be the same.
For 7 speed, I assume...
14-16-18-21-24-28-32
12-14-16-18-21-24-28
