Great looking bike! My size, too - but I'm not in the buying market anymore. Doesn't mean I can't enjoy looking, though

I think the bike is close to all-original, but have my doubts about the bar/stem combo. Those flats below the brake levers didn't begin appearing until, what, the late 80s or early 90s? The frame/fork is definitely late-70s/early 80s.

Value? I'd pay $500-$600 if the bar/stem combo was a period-correct offering from Cinelli or 3ttt.

Looks like Modolo stem/handlebars? On the other hand, one of the few things I liked about AD frames was the smoky bronze paint job some bikes had. Beautiful.

I would agree the stem bars and tape are changes nicely done. My instincts have me thinking this is bike is a very nice vintage rebuild restoration from around 2000 during restore fixie boom of road bikes like this. Even given that I would put it at $600 price range as said.

For some reason the cable attachment of the RD is a bit wonky for me, lower $ on that. Smiles, MH

Beautiful. I used to ride with a kid who in '90(?) got a deal on a NOS Olympic, you know that purple with the gold graphics, in less than year it was toast. he crashed it three times, (Sr Cat 4) had the fork straightened at least once, and finally stripped the paint off. it was awful to watch.

+1. Modolo introduced anatomic handlebars in 1986. That's a bit late for Portacatena dropouts. Given the Reynolds 531P decal, it's no older than the 1983 model year and that's right at the end of the Portacatena era. I'm also suspicious of the saddle. While the Turbo was available in 1983, I'm pretty sure that the perforated version of the Super Turbo came later. Still, a very nice bicycle.
