Most of us keep a few consumable items such as brake and shifter cables, inner tubes and brake pads on hand. Along with that a good idea to keep one or two spare chains.

Thanks to everyone's help she's fixed one week after the accident..If I had sent her to a bike shop, I'd have gotten her back in November
Needs some more tuning, because she hopped on the downshift
Should I take her for a test drive first?.
I've been told when you put some weight on the bike and force in the drivetrain, she behaves differently
If anything seems wrong , please let me know.
