Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I've got 3,

1. Learn how to change a flat. (I haven't had one yet.)
2. Remember to eat before I drive home after a ride, so that I'm not cranky and flip off the slow drivers.
3. Learn how to blow a proper snot rocket, but only in case of an emergency.

My new year resolution nearly fell at the fist hurdle this morning. it was raining and i didn't want to go out to ride but I did it. It was miserable. This resolution is going to be a royal pain in the butt.
