what's it worth if any
Hi, I am new here. I was helping my neighbor clean out her garage and we found a Royal Union girls bike that was made in Japan. At the bottom of the tag it says 'anno-1904'. Not that the bike was made then, but I am just curious because the bike was given to her by her parents when she was 16 years old. She is now 73. My question is …. is this bike worth anything? Any information on this would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forums. I suspect this is a Royce Union,as opposed to a Royal Union. Royce Union models were typically budget level, just above department store bicycles. Value is highly dependent on cosmetic condition, mechanical condition, the actual model and local market conditions but typically these are garage sale bicycles fetching $25-$50. It's rare for them to go over $100, unless they are in "like new" condition or a hi-riser model. Girls' models are typically the least desirable, especially single speed models, with upright handlebars.
