Any Murray collectors out there?

I just came across an absolute mint condition 1988 Murray Image that looks like it has been ridden maybe 3 or 4 times. It looks like a new bike! And I got it free! I wish I could post some pics. After 10 posts I'll make sure I post some . Any idea what this is worth to a Murray fan?

There's virtually no demand for these entry level Murray models that by this time were being sold through department store chains.

Murray history: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Murray_(bicycle_company)

It sounds like anything really desirable made by Murray would have been built from the 1940's through the 1960's. After that, they got caught up in a race to the bottom with imports from Taiwan. And, they stopped making bikes in the US by 1999.

The only later Murry's from 80's or 90's that seem to have some collectors value are the top of the line BMX bikes. While somewhat valuable the Road racing bikes can't really be considered Murry's since the only Murry on the bikes was decals.

A few years ago I sold a nice looking step thru Murray Monterey for $30. It was not a collector who bought it but rather someone wanting a "burning man" bike. There is something classic looking about those balloon tire cruisers, but functionally they are junk.

Here is an earlier thread on the Image model.
