Hi T Mar - I had not realized you had joined in. I'm thinking may be similar to/same as the Miele Uno (red) in another thread. Spec sheet checks a few boxes. Sorry about the cabinets comment. That was for Merziac.

Maybe you can comment on the RDV thread I am going to start so I do not hijack this one any longer.

Be careful to not make the mistake of thinking that this Tour du Canada is the real deal. Yes, the bike is real and it is a Tour du Canada but not a high quality one, like those offered in the seventies. This CCM TdC did nothing at all to blow my kilt up...

Thanks yes. It is a good warning and almost a good thing that these exist. It will keep me on my toes and give me pause before hitting the buy button.

You must be on some good painkillers!

Yes, the mid-1980s Uno was spec'd similarly to the Nova but one step down. Prior to 1987, when it was still Z-series, the Uno used a lower grade (hi-tensile) main triangle and 27" wheels.

I'll take a look at your RdV thread shortly.

No worries on the Miele, be careful, I'm still dealing with a broken arm after a year, seems ok, CT says not fully healed, they got nothing, back off work and should be tearing through projects but here I sit working this and trying to manage a kitchen remodel that started 2 mos. ago and is just now finally getting the ceiling done so cabinets can be installed.
Pics of Miele step through. Got it for a few beers.
