when do i put on the decals in the painting process???

I've got a couple decals i wanna throw on the now rattle-can painted black frame for my rebuilt
ccm silver ghost fixie....
do i wait until after the clear coat or do i get it between the black paint and the clear coat??
im getting them as proffesional vinyl decals from decalsground.com

After the paint. Unless you only want to see the outline of the decal through the paint.

Put them on over the clear coat so you can strip them off for a clean look.

after you let the paint cure for a week, but before you put the clear coat on.

if you put the decals on after the clear coat, they'll start to peal at the edges after a while.

This also depends on the decals. Most can be cleared over, but some cannot.
