Are these 700c or 27inch wheels and do you know what type Wolblers they are this couls help use get a better idea. Some pics would also help. The Helicomatic while fine will hold down the price somewhat. I would guess only around $60-70 to the right buyer on the set shipping cost would make these a hard sell on Ebay and the local markets like CL aren't great for selling wheels.

Keep them and usethem. Unless someone reall wants a Helicomatic system or the wheels are in fabulous shape.
I just facilitated a purchase for a member in Philly area. The wheels were $50 w/ Helicomatic hubs if that helps.

Off a 620 = 27 inch wheels, 27 inch wheels + helicomatic = minimal if any value.

27 inch box style with Helicomatic great riders super for building a basic vintage 70's or early 80's bike. Just not a lot of value I would say keep them and put them on a bike.
