Is this a legit Bianchi?

Imgur . com/a/Pr1RA
(Please fix the link, the forum doesn't allow me to post it.)

A friend asked me to identify this Bianchi for him. I can't and I'm even suspecting it's not a real Bianchi but just decals on some 1990's frame.
Any thoughts?
I don't have a better photo, sorry.
Asking price: 300€

I am not at all familiar with Bianchis of that vintage and region but I would say no. I am saying this based on the size and odd placement of the decals. The top tube decal almost looks too big and I think would normally be closer to the front or back of the tube. The placement of decals on the seat tube is just odd. It could be a repaint but unless there is a Bianchi cartouche on the frame somewhere you would just have to sit and look through late '90s and 2000 catalogs to look for a similar frame to narrow it down.

I agree with @Bianchigirll about the decals. Also haven't seen that rough of a weld or dropouts of that type on any Bianchi.

Looks to be a entry level beginners race bikel from the late 90's based the 2nd tear aluminium frame and carbon fork, likely not a real Bianchi all there race models I have seen had much nicer frames. As for value about $200-250 if everything works good. Also I hate the color matched components looks like they brought whatever was on sale.

4250the general look with badly matched color wise components hurt value.

I agree, but I'd ask they remove the fraudulent decals first. Frankly, I'd be embarrassed to ride with those obviously fake decals.

Bianchi, my @$$........
