Upgrading my sound system.

I have a Carbon Strada velomobile.

It's already wired with 4 speakers that connect directly to the shell, making the whole thing a really effective amp.

It currently uses https://www.amazon.com/Lepai-LP-2020TI-Instruments-TPA3118-Amplifier/dp/B071FJF4FF/ref=asc_df_B071FJF4FF/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=312154678244&hvpos=1o11&hvnetw=g&hvrand=1664135363722303421&hvpone=&hvptwo=&h vqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9029716&hvtargid=pla-569395004374&psc=1]this[/url] amplifier, which works ok, but the power supply is a bit finicky. It's a RC car battery basically that's spliced to the power supply cord. :/

What I'm looking for is a similar amp with a bluetooth receiver (the speakers are wired, so I want to plug them in to it) with a self contained battery. Any suggestions?

I'm not aware any small amps that come with a battery. You might try the Tech Talk forum at Parts Express (as a new forum member here, I'm unable to post the link). There are contributors there who've made portable speaker systems using rechargeable batteries. They might be able to advise you on how to make your current system less finicky.
