Umm... I guess it didn't post right the first time, anyways I have a 5th element remote resevor shock, and the rebound has stopped working. I turned the reboud control up to make it easier to climb, and now the screw that adjusts it is stuck. The screw will turn when you turn it, but it does not move up or down, which controls the rebound. Does anyone know what to do?

Well tell that girl to tame down that crazy hair, and speak some English! I mean she needs to be incognito, but there she is with bright orange hair! What is she thinking!?
Enough of me trying to be funny though. A screw turning, but not moving sounds like stripped threads to me. I don't know anything about the shock you are talking about though, so it could probably be numerous other things. Got a link?

Their website no longer has mountain bike shocks listed on it, and I can't find another website that has any detail about it. Are they still making them?
