Help Identifying unknown bar tape

I recently bought a bike that came with some bar tape on it that I really like. I can't seem to figure out what kind it is and I am hoping that someone recognizes it. It's feel like its likely a gel tape.

alpine already beat me too it. Its on ebay by the droves. Forte...not sure if its quality or not.

Performance Bike's house brand. Pretty sure it's the same logo as in that link.
