Cyclocross and Gravelbiking (Recreational) This has to be the most physically intense sport ever invented. It's high speed bicycle racing on a short off road course or riding the off pavement rides on gravel like : "Unbound Gravel". 46T option for a Tiagra 4700 2x10

Do you have any suggestions for 46T big ring that fits a Tiagra 4700 2x10. 4 bolt 110.
My ultimate goal is an odd ball 46/34 with 165 arms. I have a 4700 50/34 165 now. I can and have been using the existing 50 but a 46 would be a nice tweak and better for what I do.
The FC-CX50 crankset and swapping the inner to a 34 was not a viable option because the lack of 165.

When I looked into this back in January the only option I found was to use an Ultegra 46t ring, which is $115 dollars or so.

I just pulled the 4700 crankset, sold it for $50 and got a Shimano non-series RS500 46/36 with 5-bolt 110bcd for $72 from Merlin Cycles. Not sure if this is helpful

Can you just run one of those with new chainring bolts and nuts?

Pretty sure that ring is only for FSA cranks but that adapter is interesting, never seen that before.
